Service Guidelines:

$15.00 Oil Changes:

$15.00 oil changes are restricted to standard vehicle oil changes. This does not include specialty engines, Diesel or those engines needing synthetic or other high performance motor oils. The $15.00 oil change includes lube, 5 quarts of oil, and oil filter. This is a stand-alone offer is not to combined with other dealership offers or special discounts. The Marquette VIP Savings Program clink must be attached to the rear of the vehicle window in order to identify you as a member.

Complimentary Car Wash with all service:

With any service visit weather permitting.

Complimentary Loaner Car with major service:

Major service is considered repairs over $300. However, we will always provide transportation no matter the total of your service bill. We also have convenient shuttle service for those who need a lift.

Complimentary Windshield Wiper Fluid:

Anytime you visit one of our service centers, will be happy to fill-up your vehicle with complimentary windshield wiper fluid. We want to ensure that your visually safe and sound.

Brake Pads For Life:

With the purchase of a full brake job, we offer you brake pads for the life of your vehicle. Some models may not apply. Does not include labor, rotors, calipers or other braking hardware.

Employee Tire Pricing:

Heiser offers an exceptional tire pricing program. Our Cost Plus Tire Program, is simply the lowest everyday tire price anywhere. With any tire brand you choose; we offer you our tires at cost plus only $12. That’s low as low can get.

With the purchase of a new vehicle:

Complimentary New Vehicle Roadside Assistance:

Road-side assistance includes 24 hour towing service. 24 hour delivery of gas and other supplies. 24 Hour emergency battery service. Coverage for lost keys and/or lock out service. Trip interruption coverage up to $300. Tire repair and replacement for up to $200. This is for 12 months and is renewable at the customer’s request on an annual basis. 

Complimentary New Vehicle Paint-less Dent Removal:

Life-time Paintless Dent Removal – we will provide a lifetime (limit of 5 years of coverage) paintless dent removal for any new vehicle. This will cover 2 dents/occurrence for 2 occurrences per year. Includes removal of scuff marks. If paint is broken, there will be an additional charge for touch up paint. This service is available for up to 5 years from the purchase of a new vehicle.

New Vehicles ($200 under vehicle invoice):

You will be shown the vehicle invoice of any vehicle you are considering and receive an additional $200 under the vehicle invoice.

Used Vehicles:

Used vehicle pricing is difficult to gauge based on the many factors and variances from vehicle to vehicle. However, our intention is to provide our members with the same aggressive pre-owned vehicle pricing that we provide to our many dealership associates and their families.

Vehicle Trade-in (Kelly Blue Book Fair Market Value):

Your vehicle trade will be appraised at a minimum of Kelly Blue Book fair market value, based on the vehicle options, mileage and condition of your vehicle trade. This does not include vehicles with major defects and/or body damage and/or major mechanical problems and issues.
